Kyla managed the customer service and registration department for our annual Conference/gathering for over ten years. She created and documented efficient procedures in detail, and yet she was able to adapt them to the ever-changing needs of such a dynamic event. She also selected, trained, and managed staff and volunteers to create a cohesive, happy, and highly functional international team. On top of it all, she also handled customer service for our 800+ constituencies with grace and effectiveness. Overall, she gave us a much-needed peace of mind since we knew that when she was on the job, we didn't have to worry about it at all!
